Klatt will be discussing AI and chatbots for brands

Ad Age Next, held by Ad Age, will take a new, bold look at what’s defining innovation, including ad blocking, AI, bots and neuromarketing. The conference will be held on November 15th and 16th at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York.
Klatt’s presentation, “Case Studies You Can Use: Getting Chatty With Bots,” will explore the exciting opportunities that chatbots offer brands. With 80 percent of businesses using or planning to use chatbots by 2020, Klatt will share examples of chatbots her company has created – what’s worked, what hasn’t and what brands need to know before launching their own.
